Former D1 tennis player. Grew up playing on public courts, taking free lessons from the town. Have never paid for a lesson or belonged to a "club" Also really hate the term "club player." Trying to use this blog to give my thoughts on the professional game as well as playing tennis. Trying to get tennis out of the country club image and back to the public courts.
